To purchase our Maternity Garments We accept Visa and MasterCard via online, phone-in, or fax. We also accept payments through bank Transfer and checks through snail mail. All pricing on the website is listed in Australian dollars. Please contact us for Bank Transfer details.

Returns & exchanges
We will be glad to make an exchange for any items you are not completely happy with. Exchanges on items purchased on our website may be made by calling or emailing us at mi@morrowinnovations.com.au and obtaining a Return Authorization number. The items MUST be returned Mi Mother and Child within 10 days of the shipping date in unworn and perfect condition. Returned items received after this date will not be honored. Please ship items prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. Please note; all sale items are FINAL SALE. Please also include a return postage satchel to send back the exchanged item for you.
Mi Mother and Child does not refund initial shipping charges or shipping charges for any exchanges. Mi Mother and Child is not responsible for damages that occur during care of item, such as dry cleaning or washing. Mi Mother and Child is not responsible for the fit of an item beyond the 10 day return policy.

Product availability
We do our very best to try and keep our website updated. However, sometimes we experience a greater than expected demand for an item. If the item you are ordering is backordered, Mi Mother and Child will contact you to let you know. Personalised Items
Please note there is no exchange for personalised items unless we have incorrectly personalised your items. If you do not give us the correct details for personalisation we will have to charge you again to re- make the product. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding personalisation.

Delivery Time Frame
Standard Delivery
Orders will typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), following credit card authorization and verification. Standard delivery is available for shipping throughout Australia. West Coast and remote location customers please allow an extra 2 days. International Orders please allow up to 21days.
It is recommended that you leave a work address for shipping where someone will be there to receive the package. It is not the responsibility of Mi Mother and Child if the package is left unattended and goes missing.
Express Shipping
Orders placed with Express Shipping by 12:00 pm (noon) EST will ship by the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification. Express orders usually arrive the following business day after the ship date. Express shipping to SA, WA, NT and remote locations usually arrive within 2 to 4 business days after the ship date.
